Your appointment is important to me, and I understand that unexpected situations may arise. To best serve all clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within **less than 24 hours** of your appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
